Privacy Policy
Last updated October 2, 2026
This policy explains what information Krazy collects when you use usekrazy.com and how we use it. We don't sell your personal information.
1. What we collect
- Account details: your email address and, if you sign in with Google, your name.
- Your sites: the instructions you send, the websites created, and images you upload.
- Billing: your plan and payment history. Card details are handled by Stripe — we never see or store your full card number.
- Support requests: your name, phone number and best time to call, if you ask us to call you.
- Usage: pages visited, how you arrived (for example a link source), and basic visit counts for shared sites.
2. Visitors to your sites
If a site you build has a form, what visitors type is stored so you can read it. You're responsible for telling your visitors how you use that information.
3. How we use it
To run Krazy, build and save your sites, process payments, enforce message limits, answer support requests, prevent abuse, and improve the product.
4. Who helps us
- Stripe — payments.
- Lovable Cloud — hosting, sign-in and data storage.
- AI model providers — to turn your instructions into websites.
- Google — only if you choose to sign in with Google.
5. Cookies
We use browser storage to keep you signed in and to remember where a visit came from. We don't use advertising cookies.
6. How long we keep it
We keep your information while your account is open. When you delete your account, we delete your sites and personal details, except billing records we must keep by law.
7. Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information at any time through the support page.
8. Children
Krazy isn't meant for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
9. Changes
We may update this policy and will note the date at the top. Significant changes will be announced.
